PRICES
All our prices are in EURO and include VAT 22 %. For delivery to countries outside Finland, the prices in the shopping cart are VAT 0 %.

FROM OUR OFFICE AT JUTHBACKA (FEE 0 €)
You have the possibility to fetch your products from our office at Juthbacka cultural center, Jutasvägen 34 A 3, 66900 NYKARLEBY . You need to bring a receipt of your payment to our account, 405500-1253074, Juthbacka, since we do not take cash. Please inform us when you place your order that you would like to pick it up yourself. When the goods are ready to be fetched, we send you an e-mail.
CASH ON DELIVERY
You will pay for your goods when you pick them up at Itella.
INVOICE (FEE 5,50 €)
Only for companies.
When paying with invoice you have 14 days of payment. The day your products are sent from us counts as day number one. If your payment is late, we charge you with interest on overdue payment and a reminder fee.
In some cases, when ordering furniture, a deposit of 20 % of the order value need to be paid to our account 405500-1253074, Juthbacka, before the order is processed. The rest of the price will be invoiced with 14 days of payment. When this is needed, it is clearly informed on the web page.
RECEIPT
The confirmation you receive by e-mail, when you place your order, counts as a receipt. However, if a receipt on paper is needed, please contact us at info@hops-shop.fi. If a confirmation is not received within 30 minutes, please check that your e-mail address is correct. If so, please contact us and we send you a new confirmation.
14 DAYS OF REPURCHASE
You have 14 days right to send back your unused products in their unopened boxes. The return freight will be paid by you. If you want to use the possibility to send back your products as repurchase, packet them well, include the receipt and a note where you mention that you consider it as repurchase. Do not forget to mention how you want the money to be transferred back to you. We do not pay for products that are sent as cash on delivery or are certified.
Repurchase is not possible when it comes to products on special offer or customer made products.
Repurchase is not possible for companies.
SHIPPING COST
We can deliver your order to any country in the world. For this you pay 5 € if you live in Finland, within the Nordic countries you pay 8 € and to the rest of the world the shipping cost is 15 €.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
FINLAND
Within Finland most of our products are delivered within 7-14 days. As soon as your products are delivered from us, we will let you know by e-mail. We always do our best to deliver your products on time (or earlier); however, if delays are unavoidable, we will let you know by e-mail. In case of delays, you can at any time, totally or partially cancel your order.
Your order will be sent with Itella. Freight will be added to all orders. The freight costs are depending on the weight of your order and will be shown in your shopping cart. If you are buying large products or place large orders we will contact you and discuss the most convenient way of delivering your goods.
WITHIN EU
Within EU most of our products are delivered within 14 days. As our transport partner we use Itella. Freight will be added to all orders. The freight cost is depending on the weight of your order and will be shown in your shopping cart. If you are buying large products or place large orders we will contact you and discuss the most convenient way of delivering your goods.
OUTSIDE EU
Outside EU most of our products are delivered within 3-4 weeks. As our transport partner we use Itella. Freight costs will be added to all orders. The freight cost is depending on the weight of your order and will be shown in your shopping cart. If you are buying large products or place large orders we will contact you and discuss the most convenient way of delivering your goods. Customers outside EU are always contacted with e-mail, where the freight costs and the transportation alternatives are mentioned. The customers can always be in contact with us at info@hops-shop.fi in order to discuss the freight and the delivery of their goods.
The prices do not include possible import tax, other taxes or customs duty. These are separately paid by the customer. The fees vary between countries.
WRONG DELIVERY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If the goods are damaged or lost during transportation to customer, we will together with Itella solve the problem. If the goods are damaged or lost, when you on your own initiative send it back to us, you as a sender are responsible. Place the goods in their original package or similar. We recommend that you insure your goods when you on your own initiative send goods back to us.
If you, when you receive a package from Itella, notice that the package is visibly damaged, this should be complained about directly to Itella. If you, when you unpack the goods, notice any damaged goods, please make a complaint to us within 5 days at info@hops-shop.fi or +358 (0)50 5161 144.
You always have the right to unpack the goods and control the function and quality of your products. If you receive a product not ordered or a damaged product, we pay for the return freight. Please contact us at info@hops-shop.fi or +358 (0)50 5161 144 in order to discuss how we can pay you for the return. Pack the goods in their original package, include a description of the error and send to:

We do not pay for products that are sent as cash on delivery or certified.
FORCE MAJEURE
If damages or loss are due to force majeure, applicable laws are followed.
INFORMATION ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS
At your first shopping at Hops-shop we ask you to fill in your personal information. These are needed in order to take care of your order as good as possible. You also have the possibility to choose whether you would like to receive our newsletter or not. In the newsletter we present new products and offers together with inspirational texts and pictures. The information that you give us will be treated confidentially and will not be transferred to third party.
It is important that you give us the right e-mail address, since we need to send you the confirmation about your order. If you would like to change your information or if you would like us to remove you from our register, please contact us at info@hops-shop.fi
ENVIRONMENT
We affect our environment in everything we do. Therefore, we try to think on our environment when we send your goods. For you as a customer, it means that you will not always receive new wrapping or boxes, since they to some extent are reused. If it for some reason is important for you that your package only includes new material, please contact us and this will of course be handled without any extra fees.
